Development programme

The Getinge Group offers several development programmes for personnel and management. For executives, we offer everything from basic managerial courses to advanced programmes geared toward experienced managers and project leaders. For employees who want to advance within their profession, we offer specialist training programmes developed in partnership with the Copenhagen Business School and the University of Glasgow. The university programmes focus on areas that are central to the Group’s continued growth, such as Sales and Marketing or Strategic leadership.

Multicultural perspectives hold a key position in the training programmes and constitute and increasingly important function, since the Group is represented in a vast and growing number of countries.

Personnel development and career planning

The Getinge Group applies a number of structured processes and methods to ensure that each individual can achieve their full potential. The processes focus on how to best match candidates to critical positions at the company, how to indentify talents or follow up performance on a regular basis. Each process has fitting tools to which managers and HR managers have access.
