Leadership the Getinge Way
Leadership the Getinge Way is a competence framework encompassing ten qualities and skills that are important for managers at the Getinge Group. These ten qualities and skills are based on the Group’s long-term business objectives, and are closely related to the Group’s core values – openness, pride, confidence and sustainability. The competence framework is used to ensure that the most suitable candidates are recruited to executive positions, that the individuals’ potential is identified early on, that employees understand what is expected of them and that they advance by way of structured career planning.
