New business area at Getinge

With effect from today, the two business areas Sterilization Scientific and Sterilization Health Care have been merged into one – the Business Are Sterilization. Vice President of this new business area is Sven Kristensson, who is currently Vice President Sterilization Health Care and a member of the Group Management team.

This merger has been done to take full advantage of the available synergy between the two former business areas, both technologically and on the production side.

The marketing organizations for Scientific and Health Care clients will remain separate in future to be able to look after the different client categories’ unique requirements.
